Data Digitization and Processing Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Data Digitization and Processing Agent to support our financial operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want to build a solid foundation in accounting and financial data handling.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process financial data such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Collaborate with internal team members and leads to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Address internal requests to ensure timely completion of financial statements and reports.
• Follow internal policies and accounting guidelines with guidance from senior staff.
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining confidentiality and information security standards.
• Support routine issues and basic accounting questions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting or a related field.
• Maximum of 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of bank statements, financial statement structure, and accounting principles.
• Any internship or coursework involving accounting, finance, or data entry is a plus.

Required skills
