About the role
PwC is looking for a Senior Associate Data Modeler to join its ETIC team in Cairo. The role sits within the Advisory line of service and focuses on designing and implementing enterprise‑wide data models for large‑scale financial and regulatory reporting environments.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, and enterprise data warehouse or lakehouse design.
- Background in financial services, regulatory reporting, or large‑scale enterprise data environments (preferred).
Required skills
- Dimensional modeling (Kimball methodology).
- Data Vault modeling (preferred).
- 3NF/normalized modeling, Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Experience with modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner or equivalents.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA‑DMBOK preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, Hadoop and Databricks.
