Decision Support Associate Manager

About the role

The Customer Care Decision Support Associate Manager acts as the primary Finance Business Partner for Vodafone Turkey’s Customer Care function. The role provides financial insights, constructive challenges, and decision support to drive cost efficiency, improve financial performance, and enable strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting for Customer Care, covering OPEX and direct costs.
• Lead month‑end closing activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for new projects, assessing feasibility, benefits, risks and ROI.
• Prepare annual budgets, long‑range financial plans and monthly cash‑flow reports.
• Monitor financial performance, provide actionable insights and identify cost‑control opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Care stakeholders to challenge assumptions and support informed decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, automation and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow and business‑case evaluation.
• Excellent business‑partnering and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and control.
• Effective communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
