Demand Business Operations Head

About the role

As the MEA business becomes increasingly technology and data enabled, critical Demand & Sales processes are now designed, executed and governed through digital platforms. The Demand Business Operations Head will lead capabilities across Demand Systems, Sales Systems, Data & Analytics and Asset Management to boost productivity and effectiveness of the Demand & Sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing team, recruiting, retaining, coaching and developing talent across Demand Systems, Sales Systems, Data & Analytics and Asset Management.
• Partner with Demand & Sales leadership to simplify processes, optimise ROI and improve effectiveness through technology, data, analytics and automation, establishing clear productivity measures.
• Ensure solutions are embedded into business processes, measuring adoption, productivity and business value, and intervene when outcomes fall short.
• Provide leadership and governance for Chillers & Freezers across MEA, leveraging data and technology to maximise availability, utilisation and return on investment.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with digital technology and technology road‑mapping.
