About the role
The Dental Telesales Specialist will join Photon group's Dokki office to support the company's outreach to dental professionals. This position blends telemarketing with market research, providing a unique entry point into digital dentistry.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to dentists to gather feedback, product insights, and other information as directed.
- Assist in market research activities, including data collection and updating of customer databases.
- Support the marketing team with information that helps shape digital dentistry initiatives.
Required profile
- Graduated dentist (interns are welcome to apply; current students will be automatically rejected).
- Willingness to work five days a week on‑site at the Dokki branch.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when speaking with dental practitioners.
