Design & Testing Engineer (SAS)

About the role

The Design & Testing Engineer will develop product solutions, perform validation activities, and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. The role supports continuous improvement of engineering solutions within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop product solutions according to approved specifications, standards, and customer needs.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Set up and execute test configurations, record results, and analyse data to verify functionality, reliability and performance.
• Document test outcomes, highlight deviations and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate project tasks, track progress and report status to the supervisor.
• Identify improvement opportunities from design and test results and contribute to standardisation initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams to align design, testing and production requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
