About the role
The Desk Receptionist provides professional front‑desk services in a busy office environment. Based on‑site in Heliopolis, the role ensures a welcoming atmosphere for visitors while supporting smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with strong phone etiquette.
- Maintain and update appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
- Organise administrative activities such as filing, record‑keeping, and documentation management.
- Provide clerical support to team members, including data entry and basic correspondence.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; office‑management certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (phone system, copier, scanner).
