Destination Manager – Sharm El Sheikh

About the role

Jet2holidays is seeking a Destination Manager to lead its operations in Sharm El Sheikh. This senior position oversees the entire holiday experience, coordinating resort and airport activities while managing a team of Team Leaders and Customer Helper Representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on‑site team, delivering regular performance reviews and training.
• Collaborate with local agents, transfer providers, hotels and UK stakeholders to meet KPIs and service level agreements.
• Manage the destination budget, control costs and monitor customer service metrics.
• Handle operational disruptions, including crisis situations, flight delays and customer escalations.
• Analyse management information reports to identify trends, propose improvements and report on disruptions such as construction, events or industrial action.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in holiday or cruise operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage budgets and make decisions under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
