DevOps Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Vylara is looking for a full‑time remote DevOps Engineer to help design, implement and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across AWS, Azure and GCP. You will work closely with software engineers to automate deployments, improve developer experience and ensure the reliability of customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or CircleCI.
• Provision and manage cloud resources with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production incidents and implement observability best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate application changes and automate workflows.
• Create and maintain documentation, internal tooling and process improvements for the Vylara platform.

Required profile

• Strong experience with IaC tools and managing resources on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Hands‑on software development ability in languages such as Python, Go or TypeScript.
• Proven track record designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid background in Linux system administration, networking, security hardening and monitoring.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Experience in high‑growth startups or platform engineering is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience (preferred but not required).
