Digital Construction Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an innovative Digital Construction Engineer to join DISTY 360, a leading regional distributor of engineering and construction software solutions. The role bridges technology, customer experience, and market needs across the Middle East and Africa, supporting the adoption of modern BIM and digital construction workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical guidance to resellers and end‑customers.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and live demos that showcase product value and workflow improvements.
• Guide customers in adopting BIM and digital construction processes.
• Conduct training sessions, onboarding programs, and implementation workshops.
• Offer technical support and troubleshoot customer challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping improve digital delivery and collaboration workflows.
• Support coordination, model management, and cloud collaboration environments.

Required profile

• Structural Engineer or Architect with 2‑5 years of experience in digital construction.
• Hands‑on experience using AEC technologies on real projects.
• Background in customer‑facing technical roles such as BIM consulting, implementation, technical support, presales, or training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic with very good English or French.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely across multiple regional markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools.
• Experience with structural analysis tools.
• Experience with design tools.
• Strong knowledge of BIM tools and workflows.
