Digital Growth Specialist

About the role

Dot IT is looking for a Digital Growth Specialist to support growth strategies for clients across different industries and markets. The role combines research, strategic thinking and cross-department coordination to turn business goals into actionable growth plans, working closely with SEO, Social Media, Media Buying, Web Development and Account Management teams. It is a strategic and holistic growth role, not a pure media buying or execution position.

Key responsibilities

• Growth research and analysis: conduct industry and competitor research, analyse client positioning, target audience and market opportunities, and identify growth opportunities across channels.
• Growth strategy and planning: develop growth strategies and marketing plans, define channel roles (SEO, GEO/AI visibility, social media, paid campaigns, website optimisation), set quarterly and monthly priorities and take part in client strategic planning sessions.
• Cross-department coordination: work with SEO, Content & Social, Media Buying and Web Development teams so all departments follow one clear growth direction.
• Performance and optimisation: review reports, monitor KPIs and campaign performance, spot performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Proposal and strategy support: help build growth roadmaps for potential clients and contribute insights during client discussions.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, growth or integrated marketing roles.
• Agency experience is highly preferred; managing multiple client portfolios is a must.
• Experience working on marketing strategies or growth plans and handling several projects or clients at once.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, research and presentation skills, and excellent English communication.

Required skills

• Understanding of SEO, social media, paid media, websites and conversion funnels.
• Ability to connect marketing activities to business goals.
