About the role

The Digital Learning Lead will design, develop, and manage innovative e‑learning solutions that boost knowledge retention and application across the organization. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure digital training aligns with strategic objectives and delivers an engaging learner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning and budgeting for the Learning Estate.
• Create a comprehensive digital learning framework that supports corporate goals and brand standards.
• Develop e‑learning modules, micro‑learning assets, and multimedia content using industry‑leading authoring tools.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM to structure effective courses.
• Embed assessments and analytics to measure learner progress and program impact.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of the organization’s LMS and related digital tools.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless deployment and functionality of LMS features.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools to deliver adaptive, personalized learning experiences.
• Stay current on emerging trends like AR/VR, gamification, and incorporate them where appropriate.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex topics into accessible digital content.
• Measure effectiveness using utilization, completion, assessment scores, and learner satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering digital learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating learning effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
