About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online performance initiatives. The role focuses on developing and executing data‑backed campaigns that drive growth for our FMCG portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and deliver actionable insights to maximise ROI.
- Lead content direction to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative and Product teams to accelerate brand growth.
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient spend.
- Stay current with digital trends, tools and best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
- Proven track record as a Media Buyer.
- Strong background in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
