Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of online campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate leads. Based in Cairo, this full‑time, on‑site position will oversee strategy, budgets and cross‑functional teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of long‑term digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and continuously improve marketing initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise internal digital marketing teams while managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency and governance across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Define target audiences and develop data‑driven campaigns that engage, inform, and convert users.
• Oversee website and digital platform management, including content governance, product setup, merchandising, inventory tracking, and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years progressive experience in digital marketing with responsibility for strategy development and campaign leadership.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving digital environment.
