Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Uniclean is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute its digital strategy from the Cairo office. You will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s online presence, especially on Instagram, and generating qualified leads for cleaning and maintenance services targeting the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and the Saudi market.
• Manage Instagram and other social media accounts, creating plans to grow followers and engagement.
• Oversee daily and weekly content production in collaboration with the Graphic Designer.
• Supervise the SEO Specialist, monitor SEO plans and results.
• Coordinate content, design, and SEO to ensure consistent messaging.
• Prepare a monthly content calendar covering posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and offers.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google as needed.
• Analyze performance metrics and report KPIs to management.
• Monitor competitors in the Saudi cleaning and maintenance sector.
• Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, and ensure execution quality.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert campaigns into qualified leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing marketing teams or supervising content, design, and SEO.
• Hands‑on experience with the Saudi market and understanding of local customer behavior.
• Proven track record of growing Instagram followers and engagement.
• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and ability to supervise SEO performance.
