El Ezz Developments is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its marketing team in New Cairo. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns to strengthen the company's online presence and support its real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, creating engaging content.
• Analyze web traffic, metrics and performance data to derive actionable insights.
• Optimize online marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand alignment and marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on campaign results and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, online marketing and web analytics.
• Experience managing social media strategies and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret marketing data.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic market needs.
