Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, especially on Meta platforms.
• Coordinate with content, publishing, and video production teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to brand development, lead generation, and the promotion of training programs and professional services.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate ideas into measurable results.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Experience in marketing training programs, educational services, or professional services is a plus.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram advertising).
• Familiarity with other advertising platforms.
• Understanding of content marketing and personal branding.
