Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our newly launched Egypt branch in Heliopolis. Working on‑site in a fast‑growing startup environment backed by a Canadian legal practice, you will be the internal creative engine driving online campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads for our immigration and legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with an external marketing agency, set goals, review execution plans and inject fresh ideas.
• Develop high‑converting content concepts, promote webinars, live Q&As and other digital events.
• Manage and monitor all social media channels, schedule posts and track performance.
• Analyse campaign data, audit agency reports and recommend strategic improvements.
• Align digital initiatives with business objectives and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, preferably in a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while coordinating with leadership and client‑service teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on lead generation and conversion metrics.
