Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Strategist will join TACTICS Studios® in Heliopolis to design data‑driven digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives. Working on‑site, you will translate market insights into integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and audience research to define target segments and set performance KPIs.
• Develop and plan integrated digital campaigns across paid social, search, display and content channels.
• Collaborate with creative, media and content teams to turn strategy into actionable plans.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPA, ROAS and engagement, monitoring performance dashboards.
• Prepare regular analytics reports, present insights to clients and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all digital touchpoints are consistent with brand positioning and client goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Hands‑on expertise in performance marketing (paid social, search, display) and KPI optimisation.
• Strong analytical background with experience using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with content and social media strategy, audience segmentation and editorial planning.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, e‑commerce growth tactics and digital funnel optimisation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project‑management skills.
• Previous experience in a digital agency or in‑house marketing role.
