About the role
We are looking for a performance‑driven Digital Media Specialist to develop and execute end‑to‑end media strategies across our brands and the AGM portfolio. The role will focus on media planning, campaign execution, budget tracking and performance optimisation to maximise brand visibility and business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated digital media campaigns across brands and the AGM portfolio.
- Assist in managing media budgets, campaign timelines and performance tracking to ensure effective delivery and ROI.
- Collaborate with media agencies to develop channel strategies, media plans and content recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Execute and optimise campaigns across social media, display, search, video and programmatic channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and generate insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Support negotiations and coordination with media partners and agencies to maximise value and efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards and campaign summaries for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on digital media trends, emerging platforms and industry best practices.
- Work closely with brand, marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and according to brand standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, business or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of experience in digital media, media planning or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, campaign management and analytics.
- Experience working with media agencies and managing multi‑channel campaigns (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and execution capabilities.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
