Digital Media Specialist

About the role

The Digital Media Specialist will join TourShare Egypt’s marketing team in 6th of October City. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will create and publish engaging digital content that showcases the company’s travel services and Egyptian experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across social media platforms and online channels.
• Manage social media calendars and design engaging posts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather campaign assets.
• Respond to audience comments and messages professionally.
• Monitor campaign performance using web and social analytics tools.
• Optimize content based on data insights and prepare regular KPI reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with brand strategy and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong experience in social media marketing and digital media, managing brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and web analytics, including campaign tracking and performance measurement.
• Excellent written English communication and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices (advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality sectors and interest in Egyptian destinations is a plus.
