Digital Product Manager – Onsite Personalization

About the role

The Digital Product Manager for Onsite Personalization will lead the Center of Excellence for personalization, recommendations, and experimentation across Alshaya’s eCommerce portfolio of 15 brands. You will shape strategy, governance, and a scalable operating model for Adobe Target, driving continuous digital performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear vision for onsite personalization across all online brands.
• Own the experimentation roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing, from hypothesis to analysis and scaling.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, merchandising, data, and marketing teams to deliver high‑impact digital experiences.
• Maintain the Adobe Target relationship and act as the subject‑matter expert for personalization tools.
• Establish governance frameworks, best‑practice playbooks, and scalable processes for personalization and testing.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in eCommerce personalization, recommendations, or conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience managing full‑lifecycle optimization initiatives.
