About the role
The Director, AI & Data CoE leads the Group's AI and Data Centre of Excellence, turning strategy into scalable delivery and measurable outcomes across operating companies.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the CoE as a high‑performing, delivery‑oriented engine that delivers AI, data and analytics value at scale.
- Translate Group Data & AI strategy into consistent execution, capacity planning, resource allocation and quality management.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (IT focus) or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in delivery or programme management and 5–7 years leading multi‑squad delivery organisations.
- Proven experience managing an AI, Data or Analytics CoE or equivalent at scale.
Required skills
- Strong Agile delivery expertise.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana or equivalent tools.
