About the role

Assembly is seeking an accomplished leader to head its Cairo Global Delivery Hub. This senior position will shape the strategic direction of the hub, drive business transformation, and position Cairo as a critical capability center within Assembly and the broader Stagwell ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Cairo hub in line with global delivery objectives.
• Position Cairo as a trusted delivery partner for Assembly and Stagwell agencies, expanding capabilities for complex global assignments.
• Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as executive sponsor for all strategic initiatives impacting the hub.
• Partner with regional business unit leaders to identify new delivery opportunities and drive adoption of global delivery services.
• Oversee governance, organizational maturity, and capability development across the hub.
• Serve as the primary escalation point, aligning local execution with global business priorities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in global delivery, technology, or media solutions.
• Strong track record of driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
• Ability to build and lead high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills with regional business units.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate complex, multinational environments.
