About the role

As the Food & Beverage Director at Hilton, you will set the strategic direction for all dining outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability. You will lead a diverse team across restaurants, bars, banquet services, and room service, fostering a culture of hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the F&B operational strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, policy implementation, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Implement cost‑control measures for food, beverage, and labor while identifying revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Develop, mentor, and retain a high‑performing team through performance management and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to Hilton’s core values.
• Previous managerial experience overseeing Food & Beverage in a multi‑outlet hotel.
• Proven ability to manage complex operations including specialty restaurants, all‑day dining, lounges, bars, banquets, room service, and catering.
• Strong leadership, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.

Required skills

• Budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Financial analysis, P&L management, and cost control.
• Menu engineering and revenue optimization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
