Director of Educational Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to drive its evidence‑based learning model across schools worldwide. This remote position combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational accountability to accelerate student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that translate learning‑science principles into curriculum design, motivation structures, and application development.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and outcome focus across all school sites.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into ecosystem assessments, identifying obstacles and recommending targeted solutions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback loops, and milestone monitoring.
• Serve as the primary external representative, delivering keynotes and engaging ministries of education to promote the model globally.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of creating measurable learning programs and presenting results publicly.
• Experience leading high‑performing academic teams and driving system‑wide execution.
