Director of Food and Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food and Beverage will lead all dining operations across Amphoras Hotels’ three properties in Sharm El‑Sheikh. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through high‑quality food, service excellence, and strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, bar, lounge, and banquet services across all hotels.
• Supervise culinary and service teams, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus that reflect diverse cuisines.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost‑control measures, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement in the dining experience.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑hygiene regulations.
• Support training and development initiatives for F&B staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑outlet food and beverage operations in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
