Director of Food & Beverage – Expat Position

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will act as the strategic leader for the property's culinary operations, overseeing restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. This expatriate role focuses on delivering the brand’s service standards, driving revenue growth and ensuring financial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide food and beverage strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service and catering operations.
• Monitor financial performance, review budgets and recommend CAPEX investments for equipment and renovations.
• Ensure the department meets target customer expectations while maintaining high employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to align F&B initiatives with overall hotel goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or Business Administration with a minimum of 4 years experience.
• Proven track record in food & beverage, culinary, or event management leadership.

Required skills

• Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards.
• Financial resource management and budgeting expertise.
• Strong understanding of business administration, strategic planning and human resources.
• Ability to manage material resources, equipment and facilities efficiently.
