About the role
The Director of Food & Beverage will lead all food and beverage outlets and banquet operations, ensuring each functions as an independent profit centre. Reporting to the Executive Committee, you will shape the financial performance and guest experience across the hotel’s dining venues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the management of every F&B outlet and banquet area, holding outlet managers accountable for profitability.
- Develop and coordinate the Annual Operating Budget, forecasting revenues, expenses, equipment and FF&E needs.
- Monitor costs continuously and implement control measures to stay within budget.
- Ensure all outlets operate according to brand concept statements and minimum operating standards.
- Represent the Food & Beverage department on the hotel’s Executive Committee.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong managerial, communication and leadership abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Luxury‑attitude mindset and Egyptian nationality.
- Experience with Opera or a similar property management system is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
