Disease Area Partner – Cairo

About the role

Roche is seeking a Disease Area Partner to join its Cairo team. In this role you will be embedded within the local healthcare community, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting the appropriate use of Roche’s portfolio without sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Steward Roche products throughout their lifecycle and share balanced information with healthcare professionals.
• Implement marketing campaigns, distribute promotional material and organise group meetings in major hospitals.
• Propose and execute new ideas for campaigns and promotional assets after approval.
• Collect market data and insights to inform the pod’s strategic decisions.
• Identify important customers, maintain up‑to‑date personas and patient counts.
• Participate in internal meetings to discuss achievements, opportunities, challenges and competitor activity.
• Report adverse events to the local safety unit within Roche timelines.
• Ensure positive experiences for all ecosystem stakeholders interacting with Roche.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong business acumen with exposure to commercialization, medical affairs or customer experience functions.
• Demonstrated commitment to improving patient journeys and creating value for the ecosystem.
• Strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and act on opportunities.
