Disease Area Partner (Healthcare Stakeholder Relations)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Disease Area Partner to join its Cairo team. In this role you will be embedded within the local healthcare community, building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting the appropriate use of Roche’s products without sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Steward Roche products throughout their lifecycle, sharing balanced information with healthcare professionals.
• Implement campaigns and distribute promotional materials according to marketing plans and customer needs.
• Organise group meetings in major hospitals and propose new campaign ideas.
• Gather market data and insights to inform the pod’s decision‑making.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer personas and patient counts in collaboration with the pod.
• Participate in internal meetings to discuss achievements, opportunities, challenges and competitor activities.
• Report adverse events to the local safety unit within Roche timelines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong business acumen with exposure to commercialization, medical affairs and customer experience.
• Commitment to improving patient journeys and creating value for the ecosystem.
• Strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset.
