About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher & Maintenance Operations Coordinator to manage daily maintenance activities, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure seamless communication between clients, field staff, and internal teams. The role is based in Al‑Shaikh Zayed, Giza and operates on a full‑time schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch maintenance technicians according to workload and priority.
- Monitor task completion, track attendance, routes, and progress.
- Receive, log, and follow up on maintenance requests until closure.
- Communicate appointment details, updates, and service status to clients.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Handle emergency maintenance requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with procurement/warehouse for spare‑part availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
Required profile
- Previous experience in dispatching, maintenance coordination, operations, or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem‑solving mindset with strong follow‑up skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (part of Microsoft Office suite).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems.
