District Manager – CNS & Pediatric Sales

About the role

The District Manager CNS and Pediatric role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Cairo. You will lead sales and promotional activities for Central Nervous System and pediatric product lines across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of medical representatives, setting performance targets and monitoring results.
• Plan and execute territory strategies, forecast demand and report sales performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and clinics, organising scientific meetings and product presentations.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical promotional practices and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or district management, preferably within CNS and pediatric therapeutic areas.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Biotechnology or related field.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
