Distribution Representative – Delivery & Customer Service

About the role
We are looking for a Distribution Representative to join Nexo’s fast‑growing team in New Cairo. You will work alongside the company driver to ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time, and with a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Accompany the driver on daily delivery routes and verify customer orders before dispatch.
- Load, unload and deliver products safely, ensuring all deliveries follow company procedures.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers during visits, arrange product displays when required, and gather feedback.
- Collect payments, obtain customer signatures, and complete all delivery documentation accurately.
- Handle customer returns, report damaged goods, and coordinate with the warehouse team on inventory adjustments.
Required profile
- Dependable and organized individual who enjoys field work.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment and contribute to operational efficiency.
