Domestic Tour Operator

About the role

We are a well‑known tourism company seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Domestic Tour Operator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing domestic travel bookings across Egypt and creating customized travel experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic travel bookings and reservations throughout Egypt.
• Design and customize travel packages based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and local suppliers.
• Prepare quotations and detailed travel itineraries.
• Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips.
• Ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately and on time.
• Resolve customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate booking records and prepare daily operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Domestic Tour Operator or in a similar tourism role.
• Good knowledge of domestic destinations, hotels, and tourism services across Egypt.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
