Driver – Automotive Parts Delivery

About the role

Join our growing team in Port Hawkesbury as a Driver delivering automotive aftermarket parts to customers. You will be the face of the company on the road, ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices, and assist with picking parts.
• Inspect merchandise condition at delivery, obtain customer sign‑off, and record any issues.
• Organize daily pick‑up of customer cores, returns and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency.
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and comply with electronic delivery standards.
• Report customer complaints promptly to the Dispatcher or Store Manager.
• Check vehicle fluid levels, tire condition, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Communicate delivery progress or delays with the Dispatcher/Store Manager.
• Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Assist with in‑store customer service tasks and keep the store orderly.

Required profile

• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
