Driver – Linen

About the role

The Hotel Valet Driver (Linen) welcomes guests by opening car doors, escorting them to the lobby and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. You will act as the first point of contact for guests' vehicle needs, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, and support the front‑desk team with timely information and handovers.

Key responsibilities

• Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer guest queries.
• Control and safeguard guest car keys and manage the key cabinet.
• Ensure cars are delivered within 10 minutes of guest request and coordinate airport/crew transportation flow.
• Perform effective shift handovers, sharing information with the next shift leader.
• Forward guest complaints to the manager on duty and answer phone calls according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and key storage.
• Identify sales opportunities and support revenue maximisation.

Required profile

• Vocational college diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in valet, driver or hospitality service roles.
• Good command of English and Arabic for clear communication with guests and staff.
