Driver – Linen Services

About the role

Join a prestigious hotel within the Accor network as a Driver‑Linen specialist. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving by car, providing courteous valet service while ensuring efficient handling of linen and vehicle keys.

Key responsibilities

• Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer guest queries.
• Control and safeguard all guest car keys and manage the key cabinet.
• Ensure cars are delivered within 10 minutes of guest request.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking spaces and key storage areas.
• Handle phone calls according to hotel standards and forward any guest complaints to the manager on duty.
• Perform handover to the night shift in coordination with the early Shift Leader.
• Support airport and crew transportation flow and cooperate with any reasonable tasks requested by management.

Required profile

• Vocational college diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in valet, driver or similar hospitality roles.
• Good command of English and Arabic for effective communication with guests.
