Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to drive development initiatives and provide technical direction to our offshore team. The role combines hands‑on development, solution architecture, and mentorship to deliver high‑quality, scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an offshore development team, ensuring best practices and high code quality.
• Design and define solution architecture for Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements.
• Establish technical standards, review designs, and approve deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems using APIs, plugins, workflows, and custom development.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards.
• Participate in estimations, technical planning, and project delivery activities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) development.
• Proven technical leadership experience, including code reviews and team management.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.
