E-commerce Marketing Manager

About the role

Healtha.me is looking for a full‑time E‑commerce Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, product launches and campaign execution for its health and wellness portfolio. Based in our office in 6th of October City, you will shape strategy, guide creative direction and turn audience attention into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage marketing campaigns across the website, social platforms, email, WhatsApp and paid ads.
• Lead product‑launch marketing, defining messaging, offers, content direction and campaign timelines.
• Create content calendars and detailed briefs for all channels.
• Direct the Graphic and Media Designer on visuals, banners, reels, product graphics and other assets.
• Support paid‑advertising efforts with copy, hooks, offers and creative testing ideas.
• Coordinate influencers, creators, UGC content and brand collaborations.
• Optimize product pages, landing pages, promotions and the overall customer journey.
• Track performance, report results and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce, digital or brand marketing and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of content planning, customer psychology and online sales.
• Excellent copywriting skills for marketing messages, briefs and offers.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site in 6th of October City.
