Egypt Country Representative (Remote)

About the role

The Egypt Country Representative will act as the primary liaison between Vanzbon Global’s Shenzhen headquarters and local enterprises and service providers in Egypt. Working 100% remotely, you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end compliance, registration and financial services to overseas‑invested companies operating in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full delivery of local enterprise compliance services, including legal compliance inspections, policy guidance and risk assessments.
• Handle company registration, modification, cancellation and related industrial‑commercial procedures in accordance with Egyptian law.
• Provide complete financial and tax services such as bookkeeping, tax filing, annual audits and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor and summarise updates to Egyptian industry and tax regulations and relay critical information to the headquarters.
• Identify, verify and onboard high‑quality local partners – law firms, accounting firms, tax advisors and other service providers – and maintain a stable resource library.
• Coordinate local industrial resources (factory space, offices, commercial venues) and supply‑chain partners to support cross‑border projects.
• Serve as the exclusive local point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and project implementation between Egyptian clients and the Shenzhen team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate compliance, company registration or financial‑tax services within Egypt.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian commercial law, tax regulations and business environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with local professional service providers.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
