Electrical BIM Engineer

About the role

SEVEN HANDS is seeking an Electrical BIM Engineer to develop and manage electrical BIM models for large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects. The role combines technical design, coordination, and documentation within a BIM‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with other disciplines through BIM workflows and conduct coordination reviews.
• Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take‑offs.
• Support project delivery with technical calculations and design reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience in electrical design and BIM.
• Strong background in preparing electrical shop drawings.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Revit for electrical BIM modeling.
• AutoCAD drafting.
• Navisworks for model coordination (advantageous).
• Preparation of shop drawings, BOQs, and material take‑offs.
