Electrical Infrastructure Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Infrastructure Site Engineer to lead day‑to‑day supervision of medium‑voltage electrical works on construction sites. The role ensures that all activities meet quality standards, design specifications, budgets and schedules while coordinating crews and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive on‑site supervision and ensure construction complies with quality standards, design drawings, budget and schedule.
• Interpret plans and contract terms and communicate them to staff and contractors.
• Coordinate daily activities of construction crews and external subcontractors to minimise lost productivity.
• Certify subcontractor invoices and recommend payments.
• Perform inspections at the completion of each construction phase and sign‑off on workmanship quality.
• Update project schedules and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in medium‑voltage infrastructure projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to provide detailed technical guidance both verbally and in writing.
• Effective prioritisation and management of multiple milestones.
