Electrical Lab Engineer – Graduate Program

About the role

Join Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Program as an Electrical Lab Engineer. You will work in a modern laboratory environment, supporting the testing and certification of cable products while gaining exposure to industry‑leading standards and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update operating instructions and safety procedures for laboratory equipment.
• Prepare and issue testing methods for various cable types.
• Ensure all tests comply with product specifications and relevant standards.
• Review customer requirements and assess the laboratory’s testing capability.
• Supervise cable testing activities and maintain accurate test records.
• Issue test reports and certificates to customers.
• Manage audits and inspection visits, supporting ISO, BASEC and other accreditation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar laboratory or testing environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
