Electrical Testing Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Testing Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and compliance of all electrical products through rigorous testing procedures. Working across three shifts, the role supports continuous operations and collaborates closely with planning, quality, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute electrical testing plans according to SOPs, international standards, and product specifications.
• Coordinate weekly testing load with machine loading plans and maximize manpower utilization.
• Lead FAT and client/third‑party inspections, ensuring all test outputs meet quality requirements.
• Supervise testing staff, maintain calibration schedules, and develop work instructions for laboratory personnel.
• Analyse test failures, generate root‑cause reports, and manage NCRs in line with the quality management system.
• Provide technical expertise for hardware configuration, test plan development, and non‑standard R&D tests.
• Deliver training to supervisors and technicians to improve testing performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in electrical testing or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
