About the role
VXI is expanding its team and is looking for English‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join its TSX line of business at City Stars Mall in Nasr City. The position involves handling customer interactions in English and supporting the TSX operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in English.
- Support the TSX line of business by delivering quality service.
Required profile
- B2+ level English proficiency.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service on an English account.
- Open to graduates and dropouts.
Required skills
- English language proficiency (B2+).
