About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic English‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our call‑center team. Fresh graduates and undergraduates are encouraged to apply. The role involves handling a variety of customer interactions across chat, video calls, email and phone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound video calls, chat sessions, emails and outbound calls.
- Understand and resolve customer queries, complaints and comments with empathy.
- Provide clear, concise information and ensure customers understand solutions.
- Handle irate customers and high‑pressure situations professionally.
- Accurately use automated information systems to assess customer issues.
- Meet upselling targets and adhere to daily reporting requirements.
- Contribute process‑improvement ideas and follow quality checklists.
Required profile
- Undergraduate to postgraduate education; freshers welcome.
- Strong verbal communication in English (B1/B2) and Arabic.
- Excellent call‑management and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and learn quickly.
- Team‑player attitude, supportive of feedback and open to change.
Required skills
- Typing speed of at least 25 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with automated customer‑service tools.
