English Instructor

About the role

The English Instructor will join TalkTips Academy in Alexandria, Egypt, delivering intensive English language training tailored for call‑center and customer‑service professionals. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on spoken communication, listening, grammar and vocabulary.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with call‑center requirements.
• Prepare lesson plans, conduct interactive classes and assess learner progress.
• Coach students on accent clarity, customer interaction scenarios and interview readiness.
• Maintain accurate training records and collaborate with the training team to refine curricula.

Required profile

• Strong English teaching and language teaching skills with ability to adapt to different proficiency levels.
• Experience in lesson planning, classroom management and learner assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Alexandria with full‑time availability.
