English Nursery Teacher (Toddlers)

About the role

Anamel Academy is seeking a passionate English Nursery Teacher for toddlers to join our Alexandria campus. The teacher will design and deliver age‑appropriate English lessons that stimulate early language acquisition, curiosity, and social interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily classroom activities, songs, stories, and play‑based learning.
• Observe and track each child’s progress, providing constructive feedback to families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage routines such as snack time, rest periods, and playtime.
• Collaborate with the broader teaching team on curriculum development and special events.
• Adhere to academy policies and participate in required training and professional development.

Required profile

• Strong ability to teach English to toddlers using interactive, play‑based methods.
• Effective communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant academic background in Early Childhood Education, English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience working with toddlers in a nursery or preschool setting (advantageous).
• Patience, empathy, and solid classroom management abilities.
• Willingness to follow policies and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
