English Recruiter (B2 Level) - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main Missions

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to successful onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and technical requirements.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the entire journey.
• Maintain and update recruitment pipelines to meet growing business demands.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in recruitment processes, preferably in a high-volume or international setting.
• Strong command of the English language (minimum B2 level required).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
